These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of creditcapitalco.com (the "Site") and your submission of any application to Credit Capital Co ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms.
Credit Capital Co offers business-purpose financing products only. All products are intended for bona fide business or commercial use and are not consumer loans. By applying, you represent that any funding will be used for business purposes.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or funding. All applications are subject to underwriting, verification, and eligibility criteria. Amounts, rates, fees, and terms are determined during underwriting and disclosed in your funding agreement before you sign.
You agree that all information and documents you provide are true, accurate, and complete, and that you are authorized to provide them on behalf of your business and any listed owners.
By submitting an application, you authorize us and our funding partners to verify the information provided, to obtain business and personal credit reports and other information necessary to evaluate your request, and to contact you as described in our Privacy Policy.
You consent to receive communications and disclosures electronically and agree that your electronic signature and submissions are legally binding to the same extent as a handwritten signature under the E-SIGN Act.
All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to Credit Capital Co and may not be copied or used without permission.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credit Capital Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Credit Capital Co is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
